Working Principle of XSD Series Sand Washing Machine:
When sand washing machine work, motor drives impeller rotate slowly through V-belt when reducer and gear reduce their speed. Sand will put into was washed into washtrough from feeder trough, and roll and grade with each other under the drive of impeller. While removing surface impurities, water vapor covered layer of sand will be destroyed. At the same time, water should be poured into to create a strong current so that impurities and light foreign matter will be timely taken away and discharged out from overflow port. Then cleaning work will be finished. Clean gravel will be taken away by blade.The completion of gravel cleaning will be finally done when gravel is poured into discharge chute from impeller.
