Outline It is double-component modified epoxy adhesive. Iit cures at room temperature and also can set when heated. It remains excellent electrical properties. It is high temperature and fire resistant, and its fire retardant performance is in line with the UL94 V0-class.
Applications It protects the electronic comonents or chips from high voltage, moisture, temperature shocks, fire and physical shakes in transformers, rectifiers, AC capacitor, ignition coils, electronic modules, negative ion generator, atomizer, and other products.
Features Component A is paste (color is adjustable). Component B is pasty liquid.
Curing time: At room temperature, during 1-3 hours, it is at the early stage of curing, 24 hours later, it reaches its maximum bonding strength.
Being durable and resistant to ultraviolet light once the bond has formed.
Being heat-resistant, it adapts to a wide range of temperature and bonds well under high temperature.
Mix the two components in a certain proportion, apply it to the surface of the substrates acquiring no strict treatment, which makes it convenient to use.
You'll get long term durability and resistance to moisture, chemicals, oils, and temperature extremes.
Being stable, its shelf life is two years.
