This product is technically named Polyacrylamide, which is a water soluble macromolecular polymer. It is insoluble in most of the organic solvents. It generates a good flocculation and can decrease the resistance between liquids.
Application range:
1. It can be used to treat industrial wastewater, domestic wastewater.
2. It can be used for sludge dewatering to reduce the water content of the sludge.
3. It can be used for the paper industry to improve the strength of the paper and the retention rate of the fibers and filler.
Specification:
1. Appearance: White fine-sand shaped powder or colorless transparent colloid.
2. Ionic activity: 0~100%.
3. Molecular weight: 8million-15million.
Usage and caution:
1. Dilution proportion for the product is 0.1% concentration, the neutral and desalted water is recommended.
2. The product should be scattered evenly in the stirring water, and the dissolving can be accelerated by warming the water (below 60 ).
3. The most economical dosage can be determined based on a preliminary test.
4. The solid product can be packed in inner plastic bags, and further in polypropylene woven bags with each bag containing 25Kg. The colloidal product can be packed in inner plastic bags and further in fiber plate drums with each drum containing 50Kg or 200Kg.
5. This product is hygroscopic, it should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool place with temperature below 35.
6. The solid product should be prevented from scattering on the ground as the hygroscopic powder can cause slip.
