Hangzhou Shield Energy-saving & Heat Insulating Materials Co., Ltd. Shield Company, a private-owned sole proprietorship with total investment of RMB50 million, occupies land of over 2000 square meters (with construction area of 15000 square meters) and has 80 employees, 10 of whom are managers.
Formerly, Shield Company was a company specialized in manufacturing XPS foam thermal insulation panel and adiabatic products with the PS reworked material made of BPS reworked material through recycling as the main material. Shield Company has the capacity of producing XPS heat insulation products with 100, 000 square meters per year, which is the presently provincial biggest company that manufactures XPS heat insulation panel and adiabatic products by making use of waste plastic. In order to exploit the market of product and lift level of product, Shield Company in 2006 made further processing for its original products through technical reform and adjustment for product structure so as to improve value-added content of product as well as invested RMB15 million to build a new production line of metal skinned EPS sandwich panel used for roofing construction with annual output of 600, 000 square meters.
