The difference between IV and V are, for user, the software in the PC is different. For solution ivi, there's client software which must be install in the user's PC. For solution IV, there's no. User could see their car on map with ie after login in the website with user name and password. So user tracks anytime and anywhere. It's more exciting for consumers.
