The company is the first one in China Aviation Industry Group that successfully passed the ISO9001 Quality System Certification in 1993.

QQPIC manufactures and sales the following main products: Raster Length Measuring Machine, High Precision Straightness Measuring Device, High Precision Perpendicularity Measuring Device, Over 50 Meters Extra Length Baseline Device, Digital Electronic Level-meter, Granite Air Bearings, Granite Precision Measuring Instruments, Granite Precision Components. The company enjoys a leading position in China in respect of products quality, machining and test technology.

In 1979, the company developed and researched the first Granite Precision Measuring Instrument in China. Now QQPIC produces over 8 series 40 kinds measuring devices, also manufacture a lot of granite precision components according to the drawings of customers such as working bases, workbenches, beams, guide-ways and columns of high accuracy machine tools and equipments.

Base on granite precision machining and air bearing patent technology, QQPIC R&D new products such as Raster Length Measuring Machine, High Precision Straightness Measuring Device, High Precision Perpendicularity Measuring Device, Over 50 Meters Extra Length Baseline Device, being at high accuracy and reliability, they meet various requirements of customers.

Digital Electronic Level Meter was developed in early 1980's by the company. It is characterized by high accuracy, fast speed and intuitionistic readout and suit to inspect straightness, flatness and parallelism. We also developed the measuring software and interface to computer, make it possible a measuring system, which improved the speed and accuracy of the inspection. Thus our Digital Level Meter is authorized as import substitute products by Chinese Government. In the past several years, in order to provide better products and service to customers, QQPIC developed new generation of Digital Level Meter and Digital Gradienter, increased many convenient and applied functions, realized the precision measuring of small angles and big angles.

The company possess of 260 employees, among of which 36 are engineers, 5000 square meters mechanical machining area, 4500 square meters constant temperature working area by 7 Central Air Conditioning, 5 laboratories, more than 60 sets of machining tools and different kinds of lifting equipments. Such as 4*2 meters CNC Drilling & Milling Machine, 5*3 meters Drilling and Grinding Machine. We also have advanced test equipments such as the Digital Electronic Level-meter produced by ourselves and the latest type of two-frequency laser interferometer in famous brand Renishaw of England, TESA Electric Inductance micrometer of Switzerland. All test data obtained from the above equipments has been realized computer transaction.

QQPIC set up a filiale granite machining plant in Yinan Shandong "Yinan Qianshao Precision Granite Manufacture Company" occupied 100, 000 square meters, which forcefully ensured the continuously development of our company.

Over 60% of our products are exported to USA, Europe, Japan, Taiwan and other countries and areas.
