Chungking bristles: Process is carried out according to Chungking bristle norm, with the raw materuals originated in Sichuan Province, Guizhou Province, Yunnan Province and part areas of Hunan Province. Their features include; Thick fibres, rich oiliness contained, strong elasticity, bright color and luster, and elaborately processed. This kind of bristles are more favored customers worldwide.

We take 16 steps to make qualified boiled bristles.
1. Soak raw bristle hairs in boiled water.
Soak raw bristles hair in tank with boiled water for over 24 hours.
2. Wash, pick-up, and sorting.
Take soaked pig bristles out from the tank, then wash with pig-hair-washer in order to apart hog skin and other particles from bristle material. Sort with hair-combing machine and pick up manually.
3. Bind cleaned bristles for 1st time steaming
After the bristle hairs are in alignment, bind them on bamboo or aluminum board to avoid knotted curly hair. We should keep boiled bristles straightened and its top shall not be bared.
4. Drying and unbinding
Dry boiled bristles in heating room, unbind them when they are dried up.
5. Pre-sizing
String bristles into flat cakes, make bristle root and top in order and remove drift hair and hanging tops.
6. Sizing
We classify the flat cakes into 18 sizes ranging from 44mm to 152mm by standard and select suitable bristle according to its length.
7. Bind bristles with rope
Binding the sized pig bristles with rope and pulling out the drift-hair and loosed hair. Straighten the hair by swing them in hands so that the bristles bottom free of loosed hair, drift-hair, crossed hairs and declined hair.
8. Fill in cans for 2ND time boiling
Fill above bristles into aluminum cans according to bristle hairs` size, standard, and origin.
9. Boiling, steaming, and dry up
Put aluminum cans into boiled water for steaming and boiling, then dry up them in the drying room.
10. Unloading
The boiled bristles shall be unloaded from cans to see if the bristles meet the requirements of straightness.
11. Bristle-mixing
The boiled bristles shall be put into the bristle-mixing machine and mixed with suitable proportions of materials of different origins and added with an suitable dosing of softening agent and water and mixed for three times. After such treatment, the color and their appearance shall be uniform and the pig hairs shall be soft and silky.
12. Root-sorting
The bristles shall be separated from foreign hairs and spread on mesh of the root-sorting machine. After root sorting, bristles will be standing mostly on their roots.
13. Bristle-combing for bundling in paper-ring
The root-sorted bristles shall be made thin and set neat. Such bristles shall be circled with ropes and made flat in the bottom. After repeated swinging, combing for upending roots, patting down the drift-bristles and longer bristles on the top, such bristles shall be filled into the paper-rings. After such treatment, the bristles shall be erect and there are no swirls. Their tops are neat and you cannot find extruding bristles in the root.
14. Combing and getting rid of motley bristles
The bristles shall be reelingly combed by small crooked combs carefully without missing. The flosses on the top shall be cleared and the motley bristles of the periphery shall be got rid of.
15. Trimming
The bristles shall be put into the reeling mill for root-milling, after which, they shall be put into the pulling machine.
16. Packing
The unqualified products shall be selected and the qualified ones shall be packed in wrapping paper and put into dry cartons.
