Great Plastics Co., Ltd. was established in Humen, Guang Dong, China in 2005. It's founded by Garphone Plastics Co., Ltd which has 35 years experience (since 1977) of the following manufacture techniques: Precision injection Mould, Plastic Injection, Spray Coating, Electroplating, Silk Screen / Pad / Foiled Printing, Structural Thermal Analysis, Mold Flow Analysis, and ID Design.

Our main products are Notebook speaker, PC earphone, Car audio housing, LCD monitor speaker, DVD panel and LED controller housing. We also provide ODM service such as Product Artwork Housing with Design, Tooling, and Manufacture.

Support by our customers, employees, suppliers and government policies, we build professional R&D capabilities, excellent product quality. R&D Ability:

Based on thirty years of modern management, more than half of our R&D engineers obtained college degrees who are capable to process development, design and manufacturing. We've implemented full computerization, enabling to access advanced hardware and PRO / Engineer, AutoCAD and other related CAD software. We also build a database that keep tracks of both paper and digital product design files, and an archive center to preserve complete technical information.

NanRong 90~350tones, 28sets, we also have clean room and epoxy floor for transparent plastics injection.
