Crepe Kraft Paper is one of the most important solid insulation of the transformers oil-paper insulation system. It influences the quality & life-span of transformers directly. The base liquid for kraft paper is dissolved in pure liquids to manufacture Crepe Kraft Paper.
The sophisticated fully automatic plant takes care of temperature controls in process and moisture content of the paper. The porosity remains intact even though paper impregnated to the liquids. The mechanical strength is enhanced in the process as well. The BDV raises to 80% more than the average found in base insulating kraft paper. The pH value remains intact but slightly more towards acidic (preferred). The hill counts are more than the regular conventional crepe kraft paper of which increases volume the paper, and allow more oil to retain, finally keep the instrument more cool (oil Transformer). The base paper used for manufacturing Insulating Crepe Paper is made by established company which are importing long fibre pure wood pulp. The paper has excellent electrical properties.
