Ceramic rod spray is a way to melt down ceramic rod spray materials in oxyacetylene flame, atomize it into particles by compressed air and then eject particles to workpiece surface to form coating.
It is characterized in low price, stable quality and easy operation. Sprayed workpieces have fine wear resistance. For example, the wear resistance of sprayed chromic oxide is equivalent to the one obtained through plasma spray.
