In our own factory, we focus on producing brass and Zinc Alloy bathroom accessories products. Other than that, we have 5 parntership factories in China. Each of them is the best proformer in their field. Such as Stainless steee factory, Glass factory, furniture factory and Plastic factory.
Our strenght is to optimize and consolidate those different material into one item. For example, for the tumbler holder, we design glass tumbler and produce it at our glass factories which is 1500km aways from our factory. At the end, We assemble the zince alloy base and glass tumbler together and check the quality 100% by our QC. That in turn will mean, as our customer, you will not only enjoy our wide range of material and item selection, but also get benefit on cost saving and desirable quality through our effiecient supply chain.
2. Quality is our Heart of businss
We handle die-casting, polishing, assembling, burning and glazing at our factory. From the workshop co-worker to the quality control officer, every employee is fully committed to providing you with an exceptional product. Doing 100% inspection is compulsory rule, which applies to each process of production via our experienced QC.
For the key process, we will do Lab test to ensure our product quality. For example, we believe the thickness of the coating and the quality of the coating are the key critierion. 72 hours salt spray test and other standard lab tests are carried out on regular bases. That will ensure our products can be last at least 5 years in the normal conditions.
No matter where we produce our produce, we will always ensure our product comply to our factory's quality standard.
If the component of our products is produced by our partnership factory, we will send our own QC to their factories during the whole producing preiod. That will ensure the standard of our quality through every single process will always be consistency.
3. Our innovation and design ablity
We employ 15 indenpent designerssince 2011. From 2011, we are planning to launch 10 new series for every year. We demand our design team not only to create new design parttern, but aslo need to work closely with our procurement team to work on diversity of material combination.
