Detailed description
1. The dimension and definition of 19'' system: The width of outside fixing lugs (including the fixing holder) is 482.6mm(19'').
2. Width: The maximum whole width of outside fixing lugs is 449mm. The width of subrack is HP as unit. 1HP equals to 5.08mm (The dimension in the table of standard case only for referrence, could be little discrepancy).
3. Height: The hight unit of case is U, 1U equals to 44.45mm(13/4'').
4. Depth: The total depth isn't stipulated definitely in standard, the concrete size depends on the depth of circuit board, the dimension of one slot comprises several horizontal HP units, or defined in concrete applications. A board plug-in unit is composed of a circuit board with front board and connection unit. The dimension of the inner front subrack and the behind connection unit are image symmetrical. A subrack commonly is a box integrated in lots of electric units and multiple circuit board. "
Components
1. Structural accessories: (1) The frame structure is aluminum sections; The case is comprised of flange, beam, side beam, side plate, mesh board, bottom cover, real flange, MID beam. (2) The rear panel can be dismantled. (3) The 19'' or ATX power can be set in. (4) Sliding rails can be mounted as draw-out subrack. (5) Subrack tray can be fixed when the carry loading of base cover is required. (6) Anti-shock, anti-strike, excellent shielding performance, widely used in all kinds of standard electrical equipment and case of user's defined electrical system.
2. Height: 1U=44.45, Usually (44.5-0.8)± 0.4, 3U=(3× 44.45-0.8)± 0.4=132.55± 0.4 Width: 482.6± 0.4, the spacing between fixing hole of front board is 5.08mm; The inner width is 84*5.08mm. Notes: Height 2U to 9U is available; Total depth(T) can be customized freely; Surface can be treated by conductive anodized, plastic spray, and plated into silver color (multiple color is available in plastic spraying procession).
