It has the equipment with fetching aluminum automatically and releasing agent sprayer manipulator.
In order to control raw material and products quality in line, we have advanced testing instruments, such as spectral analysis scan, CMM measuring machine, X-ray generator, metallurgical microscope, temperature humidity control box, thickness detector instrument of coating, marking gauge, and more.
Surface finish: Polished, sandblasting, powder coating, paint, plating and anodized.
Further machining work: Turning and cutting, milling, grinding, drilling and reaming, threading, weld.
