Our composite drain gratings can be manufactured according to customers' different requirements, with the use of different unsaturated resin, glass fiber and appropriate fillers. The main difference from ductile cast iron products and other is that it can bear large capacity and good ductility, ANTI-UV and anti-aging with innovative internal structure and technology.
In order to meet different needs of customers, we have made different design templates which are changeable and movable. We can also design different LOGO according to customers' different needs to demonstrate a greater degree of corporate culture and to highlight top taste.

Characteristics:
1. Environment friendly: All the raw material of high performance modified SMC sheet can meet national environmental protection's requirements without any pollution.
2. Save mineral resources: SMC drain gratings instead of traditional cast iron drain gratings which saved an enormous amount of ironstone resource.
3. Resist corrosion: It's acid alkali resistance, salt resistance, corrosion resistance and resistant to rust, it can be used in any severe environment with a temperature ranging from -50° C to 200° C.
4. Low price: It's only two thirds of cast iron drain gratings with a same performance.
5. Low weight: It's two thirds of cast iron drain gratings, more convenient in installation, transportation, maintenance, construction and decreasing the labor strength.
6. Prevent theft: The material is not recyclable, fundamentally eliminate theft. It can absolutely prevent 'city holes' from happening, and brought great convenience for public works administrative departments.
7. Low noise: By using non-metallic material reduced the noise pollution to a large extent.
8. Long service life: The polymer composite drain gratings can bear 2 million cycles of fatigue test and the service life can reach more than 30 years.
