If the LED lamps twinkle, it means the recharging work is being done. If 4 LED lamps lighten, it means the battery is full.
The full charging time is about 7 hours.
Not recommend: Using the other USB cable( not moving battery configuration) to do charge or recharge work.
Charge to other digital products:
Plug your digital products with Out1 or Out 2 by related USB cable.
Attention:
If low battery content, the moving battery cannot startup properly.
