1. Introduction
The device is designed based on the Volkswagen Passat B5 automatic air conditioner system to holistically demonstrate the structure and operation of the system. All parts are original parts, before delivery through layers of inspection, production quality management according to ISO9001: 2008 standards implementation. The device applies to theoretical teaching and maintenance training of the automatic air conditioner system in secondary and senior vocational skill schools, normal education and training institutions.
2. Basic Configuration
Mobile gantry and casters, pressure gauges, training panel power switch, relay and fuse box, inverter, three-phase asynchronous motors, ignition switch, diagnostic seat, electrically heated barrel, circulating pump, high and low pressure lines, high and low pressure protection switch, hot and cold damper conversion motor, facial throttle actuator motor, central throttle actuator motor, foot throttle actuator motors, blowers, refrigerant pressure sensor, the sun light sensor, ambient temperature sensor, outlet temperature sensor, intake air temperature sensors, evaporation tank temperature sensor, indoor temperature sensor, automatic air conditioning control unit, compressor assembly, dry assembly, expansion valve assembly, cold suspect, evaporator assembly, supporting manual and training guide book etc...
3. Features
1. A real and operable automatic air conditioner system is used to illustrate the structure and operation of the system.
2. The compressor is driven by a three-phase motor. A control panel can be operated to demonstrate operation and operating principle of the automatic air conditioner system.
3. Color circuit and operating principle diagrams on the training platform are protected by 3 mm-thick organic glass. The diagrams and automatic air conditioner system can help trainees learn and analyze the operating principle of the system.
4. The training platform is installed with detection terminals to detect electric signals, for example, resistance, voltage, current, and frequency, of circuit components of the air conditioner system.
5. The training platform is installed with pressure gauges and thermometers, which display real-time pressure and temperature at the inlet and outlet of the air conditioner system.
6. The training platform supports practice of filling refrigerant and detecting leakage.

1. Bracket adoped imported luxury car paint, sprayed at high temperatures, with anti-corrosion function.
2. Support frame material select GB high quality square tube (40 * 60 * 3mm) welding.
