The tempered coated glass of our company is high and new technology product. It is plated with one layer of anti-reflection film on the surface of ultra white patterned glass which has passed tempered processing.
Tempered coated glass is used to encapsulation of the silicon module, and then purpose can improve the light absorption and conversion efficiency of the photoelectricity. It is especial tempered glass of high transmittance for solar modules.
Feature: Extra clear, flat, tempered, smooth on the obverse and embossing on the reverse, AR coating.

Application:
Tempered coated glass is mainly used for encapsulation of the solar modules( panel). It can be still used for flat water heater etc.
Functions:
1. High transmittance: For the same PV module, it can improve the power of more than 2.5% in the coated glass.
2. Self-cleaning function: As the photovoltaic module is placed in the outdoor, easy to get dust, resulting in the decline in the power of the PV modules. Coated glass has the self-cleaning function which can ensure the normal operation of the PV module
3. Extend using circle: Coated glass can effectively extend the service life (typically 25 years). Ensure the normal power generation of PV modules.
