working principle of animal feed pellet mill
the biomass material has been on the die through the feed hopper. the press roller has been driven by principle axis, then press roller has extend the material to the nib, the material has been shaped to the cylindrical pellet in the nib for certain time and would be cut the rotary slicer, then moved to the discharge hole.

1. pellets as green and low carbon energy fuel is renewable, environmental protection, clean and low cost.
2. pellet is widely used in heating, biomass boiler, household gasification furnace, industrial boiler, hotels, restaurants, bath in industries as heat source, instead of coal in boiler also used as industial fuel, biomass power generation.
3. density from 0.9-1.6g/cm3, easy store and transportation, calorific value about 3500-5500 kilocalorie.
