Pet/Coated Paper, Pi/Coated Paper Label Material

PET/coated paper or PI/coated paper label material is a new business in our company's composite material. The composite manner of this project has the following ways, such as coated paper/PET/coated paper (It represents PET film double side laminated with coated paper), coated paper/PI/ coated paper, PI/coated paper and PI/aluminum foil, etc. The outer surface of PI in PI/aluminum composite is processed by special coating layer in order to make this material adapt to UV printing or thermal transfer ribbon printing.

This series of composite is specifically designed for high temperature labels production unit, such as steel industry, foundry, aluminum and tire manufacturing, and other high temperature industries, in services of digitized label design.

The labels of PET coated paper generally can be used in a high temperature environment below 200C. Compared to common paper label, PET coated paper label has advantages of waterproof, oil proof and tear resistance.

The polyimide film (PI) coated paper composited labels can be long-term used under 260C high temperature environment without any significant deformation.

The PI/Aluminum film composite involves an application of special high heat-resistance adhesive between the layers lamination. This product has very high heat resistance, and can be used as the high temperature labels in temperature environment of 200° C to 400° C.
