Silicon Nitride Ceramic Bearings have following characteristics:

Silicon nitride ceramic bearing rings and rolling body are made with a ceramic material of silicon nitride (Si3N4). Retainers are made of PTFE as the standard, and also generally are made of GRPA66-25, PEEK, PI, just subject to individual bearing features and application conditions. In comparison, silicon nitride ceramic bearings are suitable for higher speed and load capacity and higher ambient temperature. They also are suitable for high speed, high precision and high rigidity spindle bearings, and the highest manufacturing accuracy is up to P4 and UP grade.
Compared with ZrO2, the Si3N4 ceramics bearings are suitable to endure heavier load and more workable in higher temperature environment, which help to extend the application of the ceramic bearings, shielded bearings, electrical insulation bearings and so on. We also produce deep groove ball bearing, full complement balls, self-aligning ball bearings, and angular contact ball bearings, insert bearing of all ceramic and hybrid construction ceramic ball bearings.
