Introduction

Wood pellet mill, which is also known as wood pellet making machine, sawdust pellet mill, is the machine to make pulverized sawdust into particles through physical compressing. The diameter of granule produced by wood pellet mill is about 4-12mm.

Application Area

Wood/Sawdust pellet mill is a kind of pellet fuel molding machinery which uses corn stalks, rice straw, sawdust, wood flour, wood chips and other agricultural waste as the raw materials. The particles can be applied into making machine fireplace, boiler, or for biomass power plants usage.

Features

1. Vertical feed design provides for either screw feed or gravity feed options
2. Immobile die, while pressing wheel revolving which make sure the materials centrifugal and distributed around.
3. Double layer die can be used up and down, which decrease cost and improve efficiency.
4. One die with two diameters can produce different standard particles.
5. Customer can change die only and keep same main engine to produce different rounded or square particles with diameter of 6-50mm.
