The lathe is high-speed CNC vertical lathe, which control system is
FANUC OI-MATE-TD and has a vertical toolpost. The max turning diameter is 1600mm and worktable diameter 1400mm, max workpiece height is 1000mm. All gears are adopted 40Cr grinding gear, which has high precision and low noise.
This machine is suitable for cemented carbide tool processing non-ferrous metal, black metal and some nonmetallic material.

This is can process the following procedures:

Turning inside and outside surface of cylinder is peace; Various surface
Turning inside and outside cone surface and cutting
Hole reaming and reaming
Thread cutting.
Constant turning function

This machine use large casting quality resin sand casting process (part of the casting using EPC) after rough machining by thermal aging treatment, science stress relief; Small and medium-sized castings adopts thermal aging, all steel parts both by quenching and tempering. Machine tool use stick slips surface plastic processing, improves the wear resistance more than 5 times, increased the guide accuracy stability. Beam lift up and down with mechanical limit and electrical soft limit double limit, safe and reliable.

(9). The slippery pillow: RAM the HT300 material, the thermal aging stress relieving treatment, the structure for T type, section 320 x200mm, RAM machining accuracy of 0.02 mm / 1000, the total length of 0.02 mm.

(10). Hydraulic system: Hydraulic system USES independent type hydraulic station, adjustment, maintenance, maintenance very convenient.
