2. Forming system
Consist of 1PC of forming platen and 1 PC of transfering platen.
Platen size:1100X470mm,4sets of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on forming platen.
Forming efficiency:5-6cycles/min;
Equiped with vacuum auto draining system;auto cleaning system for the forming mold and auto control cabinet.
3. Drying system
Outline dimension:20080X2650X3600mm;
Single layer conveying chain;heated by section;multi burners;
Multi layers drying line, energy saving and saving place
The temperature of each section can be adjusted independently;burners with Japanese or Italian brand;
