Introduction:
The TechFilter Ion Fiber Cloth Media Filter is a new type high efficiency product independently developed by Shanghai Techase Environment Protection Co., Ltd under the cooperation with Tongji University. This filter uses the special fiber cloth developed and designed by Techase and features low energy consumption, high filtration speed, powerful treatment capacity, good treated water quality, small floor space, easy and reliable operation and maintenance and flexible settable treatment unit for meeting different water flow requirement etc. The treated water can reach standards from Class I B to Class I A under the chemical phosphorus removal measures, meeting the upgrade requirement of waste water plant.



Operating Principle:
The ion fiber cloth media filter consists of fiber filter disc, collecting main, movable sludge suction system and sludge discharging chute etc. Mainly, where the filter disc consists of special ion fiber filter cloth and filter cloth support. The movable linear suction cleaning method is adopted for flushing. The flushed section can be filtered directly and no water storage for flushing is needed. The working flow is as follows:
Filtration - When the filtration water enters into the cloth media filter from the inlet pipe, the water flow under pressure, from the outside to the inside, will pass through the cloth from both sides of the filter disc for filtration and after which the water will be collected by small holes of the filter frame and the outlet pipe at the bottom and finally flow to the outlet through the flush weir.
Back flushing - During the filtration, since the gradual accumulation of suspended matter on the surface of the filter cloth, the filtration speed decreases gradually and the water level of the filter increases gradually. When the water reaches the expected point level, the back flushing under negative pressure pumping begins; The vertical filter disc stands still. When the movable flushing crane moves and the sludge pump is started, the linear sludge suction on the filter disc begins. The pumped turbid water can be discharged out of the filter by the pump. After the crane moves a stroke, the filter cloth will be cleaned.
