Engineered Floor Construction
Engineered hardwood flooring are very strong, easy to install and will not reacting to heat or moisture making them an ideal choice for areas where solid floors might struggle. 20mm planks are multi-layers, constructed out of between 7-9 layers where the top being 6mm Oak veneer and then 14mm multi-layers of ply for extra stability. The multi-layers are cross-glued using hot press technique; This is to ensure a strong yet flexible construction that reacts very little to changes in humidity and temperature. Although engineered floors are sometimes called "semi-real floors", they look and feel 100% like solid floors.
