Process Flow:
Waste tire--Cutting sidewalls--Cutting strip--Cutting 3-5cm chips--crushing different crumb rubber --Magnetic separating rubber powder--Finished products
Structures:
Ring cutter: Cut the sidewall and the tread
Strips cutter: Cut sidewall and tread into wide of strips is 3-5cm, and bead wire reserved.
Block cutter: Cut strips into tire 3-5cm block.
Steel separator: Separate the steel in the ring bead.
Main vibrating screen: It will classify the rubber powder for first time
Conveyor machine: Use to transport not up required size re-back to tire shredder machine
Magnetic system: It can classify thin steel from rubber powder
Powder screen: Second time to classify rubber powder
Tire crusher: Crush tire block into fine powder
Fiber separator: Separate Nylon/fiber from fine rubber powder.
Our machine can deal with 0.65-1.4m tires, and the whole line need 3-4 workers to operate.
The space requirement is at least 15m length *8m width *6m height.
The machine can make the powder into 10 -30 mesh.
