1. Product Description
1). This machine is specially designed for producing slot-alu insulating glass. It is composed of feeding section, washing-drying section, location section, assembling section, plate pressing section and shifting & tilting section.
2). Accomplishing the double glazings cleaning, alu-frame locating, auto-assembling, flat-pressing and smooth shifting out.
3). Centre press on plate press section can ensure excellent effect.
4). PLC control, frequency stepless speed control, imported electrical parts.
5). Washing section for glass carrying is equipped with tension bridle device to fit requirement of high speed.
6). The overall structure of air knife, guiding wheel and running wheel of drying section are equipped with tension bridle device to ensure drying effect of thick or thin glass.
7). We have models LB1600P, LB1800P, LB2200P, LB2500P, here the model LB1600P is the common model for the max. Glass size is 2000*1600mm, if your glass ma. Size is larger than the model LB1600P, you can choose other models according to your true glass size.
2. Machine features
1). PLC, man-machine interface display screen, switches and pilot light are all imported.
2). It is a completely automatic insulating glass production line (can produce Low-E Insulating Glass).
3). Washing-conveying mechanism is upward.
4). Drying conveys by wheel.
5). Washing-conveying starts together by the foot control and hand control.
6). Automatic glass and alu-frame locating, as well as the assembling.
7). Automatic implemention of the roll-pressing procedure.
8). Adopts the imported vacuum generator and sucker, the suction effect to the glass could be much better.
9). The press section adopts the unique straight guide rail, full guarantee the parallel press fits.
10). A small chip area to be stopped.
11). Auto-heating for the washing water according to the season changing.
12). Supervision by man-machine interface display screen.
