PACKAGING
1) 1 pc in 1 poly bag, 40-100 pcs in one carton, depends on styles. Polybags can be custom made.
2) Carton specs are 58x40x42CM and 58x35x35CM or similars. Stadard export carton marks or customized. Carton sizes can be as per required, special packing costs will have to be charged.
SHIPPING
1) All shipping costs must be covered by customers unless goods are faulty.
2) Timely delivery: 5-7 days for sampling, 15-20 days for production, we will inform customers ahead if delivery time can't be caught.
3) Shipment terms of EXW, FOB, CRF and CIF are accepted. Shipped by air, express and sea can be arranged, Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, China Post ect are available.
ASSURANCE
1) All goods must be guaranteed high quality, no bad materials, no +3% shrinkage, no stains, no oil marks, no iron marks, no broken holes, no yarn drawn, no out of toleration, no rough packing and so on; Quality requirements should be clarified before cooperation.
2) Custom designs are to be copyrighted by customers, no designs will be released without permission, confidential contract can be signed before cooperation.
3) Faulty goods must be avoided to send, or we will cover shipping cost and and refund according to normal values.

Q: How to order?

A: Yes, sample is necessary for quality and fit approval.
Q: How do you charge for samples?
A: We double charge samples, but Proto samples are free when bulk orders placed and quantity is more than MOQ; PP sample can be sent before production for confirmation if necessary, but samples will be as part of bulk; Shipment samples can be sent before delivery for confirmation if necessary, but samples will be as part of bulk.
Q: What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
A: 100pcs per style per color for woven styles and one roll of fabric based for knitted styles, but we are flexible with quantities.
Q: Can I order in different sizes and different colors?
A: Yes, UK sizes, EUR size, US sizes, AU sizes ect, any sizes are available; Colors are picked from stock swatches or to be dyed to match. Almost every style has a lot of stock colors for selection.
Q: Can you get my designs done?
A: Yes, we are strong at custom made designs.
Q: Can I put my logo on the garments?
A: Yes, we can help customers to make logo labels and put them on garments but logo cost is covered by customer.
Q: How long will I have to wait for samples or productions?
A: Normally 5-7days for samples and 15-20days for productions, just depend on designs, quantities and fabrics, we will confirm with you again finally.
Q: How do we guarantee garment quality?
A: We are high quality clothing factory, garment quality is guaranteed by fabric inspection, in-processing inspection and double final inspections, factory is responsible for defects and make refund for them.
