The storage capacity of low temperature in our plant is 800tons. Here we have two processing line of individual quick frozen( IQF), two sets of double stainless screw machines, two cooking processing line, four pieces of plate, one quick frozen storage and two units of ice-piecing machine ets. The daily processing capacity in our plant is 30 ton. With the help of hainan commodity inspection bureau, our plant was strictly designed and distributed accord with the relative statue of FDA and European. It is showing its own charm: Clean and tidy with spacious place and a greenery environment. In addition, we have many other top specialties: The total enclosed aquatic processing line is equipped with internationally advanced sterilizing system, continuous vacuum packer, tunnel-type individual quick-freezing equipment and block quick-freezing storage with different capacities. We have obtained the HACCP certificate registered in U. S. A. And establish the managing model: Planting base+processing factory+sale.
Various kinds of foods produced by our factory are strictly based on the food hygienic standards and quality standards of the HACCP plan control system of U. S. A. And relative hygienic instruction of aquatic product of EU, there are more than 20 kinds of main aquatic products in our factory, which include tilapia, frozen shrimp and cooked shrimp etc. The main customer are from Japan, U. S. A, Europe, Australia, etc.
