Standard of manufacture:
During the period of design and manufacture the switch is in accordance with the requirement specified in IEC1058-1, GB15092.1 and UL1054. All preduced product are tested in accordance with the stanfards.
Used material
Case material:
Using PF(EA-5555J) low voltage electric appliance insulation, aterial with hign heat resistant class and hign fire retardance, as well as excellent electric and mechanical performance.
Conducting metal:
It is made of brass with good conducting and mechanical performance and bronze with good anti-fatigue performance.
Rotation mechanism:
Use nylon 66 insulation material with hign tough performace and good lubricating performance.
Contact material:
Use Agcdo 12 silver alloy containing 99.9% silver with good lubricating performance as well as good electric and mechanical performance.
