2. Features
By specially developed raw materials, and by CamZone new coating technology, CamZone Laying head pipe has the following features:
A) Anti-wear out, Extra long life, up to 30, 000 tons, for diameter 6.5mm, at 85m/s, steel grade Q235.
B) Wear out format is LINE wear, which will decrease the Laying head vibration, and form a better coil shape.
C) Weight difference between each laying head pipes are less than 100 g, so the pipes are easy to be balanced.
D) Pipes are one-step formed with standard shapes, prefect smooth surface.
E) Roughness USA Standard: 3.2 to 5.0 μ or China Standard GB 3505, 3.2.
F) Delivery time: FOB within 4 months after receiving of down payment.
