2. Specification
A) Material: Co-based alloy (Cobalt based Alloy), and new developed high Cr-Alloy, with Rare Earth elements added.
B) Vacuum Melting, Vacuum Precision Casting, higher alloy purity.
C) Installation Position: Installed on top of CamZone's Furnace Rolls. Above CamZone's Sliding blocks and rider, slab or billets pass through the reheating furnaces.
D) Application: Suitable for both pusher furnace and walking beam furnace.
E) Delivery time: FOB within 3 months after receiving of down payment.

3. Traditional Co-based alloy Sliding block and Rider
A) By CamZone's Traditional Co-Alloy sliding block, Slab Furnace temperature can reach 1300 C for Si Steel slab reheating.
B) CamZone's Traditional Co-Alloy sliding block's life is 20-30% higher than French Stein's Co-Alloy sliding block.
C) Installation:
Using Fixture Block to fix onto water cooled beam, or Welding to water cooled beam.
4. High Cr- Alloy Sliding block and Rider
A) New generation High Cr-alloy sliding block can work at temperature up to 1350 ° C.
B) Life time is 5-8 years. One special case, CamZone's sliding block already working in Baosteel for 10 years.
C) Installation: Using Fixture Block to fix onto water cooled beam.
