Wallboard: Double skinned, 50mm thick EPS, width is 1150mm. Tongue & groove construction, 0.376mm color steel with polystyrene (EPS) insulation inside. Galvanized steel roof panel
Basement: Galvanized steel assemble, 300mm high, quadrate steel support, full grids made by flat bar & twisted steel, galvanized. 2PCS of ramps, 750 X 2000mm/PC.
Door: Folding door, 3-folds, 3000 X 2600mm (W X H), without frame cover. 1 piece of service door, 650 X 1800mm (W X H). The side service door with a pressure lock which will automatically open when the pressure inside is over-pressure.
Air Circulation System: 2 unit of 3kw double-intake centrifugal fan, air capacity for each is 10500m3/h. 1 unit of 4kw double-exhaust centrifugal fan, air capacity for each is 12500m3/h.
Generator Cabinet: Intake from side upper, exhaust from back upper, quadrate steel frame, white coated steel cover, filled with heat preservation material inside.
Heating System: Italy RIELLO G20 diesel burner, stainless steel heat exchanger, electric damper actuates from spraying to baking cycle. Max heating Productivity is 200000kcal/h, Max. Temperature is 80 º C.
Lighting System: Ceiling light has 8units X 4PCS = 32PCS of 36W lamp, side light has 8units X 2PCS = 16PCS of 18W lamp, with electronic ballast; Illuminate ≥ 1000Lux. Light boxes are powered coated.
Control System: Spraying, Heat spraying, Baking, Time Setting, Lighting Switch, Failure Indicator, Thermostat, Temperature Limit Controller, Power Supply, Emergency Stop, Exhaust with manual damper, all motor are normal start.
Purification System: Dual filtering structure, the primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μ M. Ceiling filter can capture granules bigger than 4μ M. The whole purification system has capacity of large volume of dust. Its filtering rate reaches 98%. Air Pressure balance gauge, TSP≤ 1.2mg/m3. Special configure with multilayer active carbon filter system.
