Wallboard: Double skinned, 50mm thick EPS, width is 1150mm. 0.476mm color steel with rock wool inside. Tongue & groove style compound construction, Galvanized steel roof panel.
Basement: Galvanized steel assemble, 300mm high, quadrate steel support, with adjustable bolts, quadrate steel support, full grilles made by flat bar & twisted steel, galvanized. 3pcs of ramps, 900 x 2000mm/pc.
Door: Folding door, 3-folds, 3000 x 2600mm (W x H), without frame cover, square glass windows. 1 piece of service door, 800 x 2000 mm (W x H). The side service door with a pressure lock which will automatically open when the pressure inside is over-pressure.
Air Circulation System: 2 units of 4kw double-intake centrifugal fan, belt drive, the model is TAE- 400H, total air capacity for each is 25000m3/h. 1 unit of 7.5kw double-exhaust centrifugal fan, belt drive, the model is TAE-560H. Air Capacity for each is 24000m3/h.
Generator Cabinet: Intake from side upper, exhaust from back upper, aluminum alloy frame, white coated steel cover, filled with heat preservation material inside.
Water based paint Drying System: With water based paint system on the both sides of ceiling, stainless steel nozzles. 4 units 0.77kw centrifugal fan, total air quantity is 13400m3/h.
Heating System: Italy RIELLO RG5S diesel burner, stainless steel heat exchanger, pneumatic damper actuates from spraying to baking cycle. Max heating Productivity is 260000kcal/h, Max. Temperature is 80 º C.
Lighting System: Ceiling light has 8units x 2pcs = 16 pieces of 58w lamp, side light has 10units x 4pcs = 40 pieces of 58w lamp, with electronic ballast; Tri-phosphor Philips light lamp. Illuminate ≥ 1000Lux.
Controlling System: Spraying, Heat spraying, Baking, Time Setting, Lighting Switch, Failure Indicator, Thermostat, Temperature Limit Controller, Hour Meter, Pressure Gauge, Pressure Alarm System, Adjustable Manual Exhaust Damper, Water based paint System switch, Power Supply, Emergency Stop, all motor are normal start.
Purification System: Dual filtering structure, the primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μ M. Ceiling filter can capture granules bigger than 4μ M. The whole purification system has capacity of large volume of dust. Its filtering rate reaches 98%. Air Pressure balance gauge, TSP≤ 1.2mg/m3. Special configure with multilayer active carbon filter system.
