I, Working principle:
CMPS series Plough Shear Coulter Mixer is comprised of horizontal cylinder-shaped trough, single shafts with plough shear agitators, high speed choppers, top cover with opening(s), support frame and transmission unit. The plough shear agitators rotate to drive materials move radilly; high speed choppers scatter the materials; so materials are mixed well by rotation of plough shear agitators and high speed choppers.

01 Material: stainless steel 304 / 316L or mild steel Q235 (special materials like wear-resistant and anti-corrosion
materials available);
02 Surface treatment: paint for mild steel), polish/sandblasting for stainless steel (special treatment like
wear-resistant and anti-corrosion treatment available);
03 Plough agitator: equipped on main shaft (choppers available);
04 Mixer tank: horizontal, cylinder shaped, with fixed or full-opened cover;
05 Shaft: horizontal, hollow, integral, single shaft (three parts shafts available);
06 Mixing time: 5-30 minutes (depends on different material features & production requirement);
07 Working model: batch mixing (continuous available);
08 Speed reducer: cycloid reducer (gear reducer available);
09 Rotation speed: fixed speed (changeable speed available);
10 Main shaft seal: stuffing seal or air purge seal (mechanical seal available);
11 Openings on top: feeding inlet, manhole, inspection door and connection port ( can be customized);
12 Discharge valve: pneumatic or manual; flap discharge valve (can be customized);
13 Working condition: normal pressure and temperature (pressure and temperature requirement available) ;
14 Not heavy duty: mixer can not be started with loading materials (heavy-duty available);
15 Power supply: 220V 50HZ single phase/ 380V 50HZ 3 phase ( different power supply applicable);
16 Non ex-proof motor, electronic elements, control cabinet (ex-proof requirement available);
17 Other customized features: e.g. light glass, sampling device, liquid spraying device, scrapper;
