1. Purpose and advantage

1.1 This machine is widely used in pharmacy, foods, beverage, water treatment, brewage,petrochemical, chemical, anti-corrosion and environmental protection industries, which is the newest equipment for all kinds of liquid filter,clarification, purification, sterilization treatment.

 
1.2 The use of bump-type filter, effectively increases the cross-sectional area of water, reduce liquid filtration, flow resistance, so that any flow of liquid improperly corners to maintain the stability of liquid properties. Braille-type filter so that filter (membrane. Filter paper) damage is not easy to extend the life of a variety of aluminum

1.3 All seals part were installed white silicone rubber seals, non-toxic high temperature, no seepage, install the circular seals in front and reverse side of the frame, entrance and exit of dual-folding-style clasp part.

1.4 Intake pipe side was sealed strongly by the dual-folding-style clasp, easy to wash.

1.5 You can add or reduce the filter layer against the production capacity and the different production process of liquid (primary filter, Super-precision filter).

1.6 Work stage, pressed seal, without loss of liquid, liquid clarity, good sterilization.

2. Use and maintenance:

2.1. Install or change the filter layer, it should be closed upto the rubber seals, select the suitable and smooth position, then press the filter to prevent the liquid out.

2.2. Close the ball valve firstly , then cut off the power supply when want to stop the machine in working time, to prevent the liquid backflow and damage the filter membrane.

2.3. Maintenance on the filter, put 3—5% sodium bicarbonate solution firstly, then use clean water and purified water to wash, at last,Injecting disinfection, testing PH to meet permitted extent .
