An EPS decoration strip has two kinds of production way for wall corner, door and window application. One is made by shape molding machines by mold. It's difficult in surface dealing and can be used directly. It's not suitable for outdoor decoration. Also, the length will be within 1.5 meter because of machine and mold limitation, but it looks very nice with various patterns and shapes by mold
The other one is cut from the EPS block by CNC cutter. Then spray the cement mortar and PU glue to make it stronger in the surface. It's normally being used for outdoor decoration with low cost.
