Pf103Series High-temperature-resistant coated sand resin
Product characteristics
Pf103 series coated sand phenolic resin has characteristics of Resistant-Oxidation under high temperature. Under the experimental condition of 1000º C and 1min, High-temperature resist-compression strength≥ 0.15mpa. And under pressure experimental condition of 1000º C and 0.1mpa, the resist- compression time≥ 150seconds, which can be effective to prevent sand mold or sand core from deforming or cracking or occurring other casting defects under high temperature, can be used for sand mold and sand core of engine cylinder cover and water jacket; Common casting iron and casting steel.
Coating process for reference
1. The added quantity of parting sand particle size and resin is chosen according to size and strength of sand core, and the temperature of adding resin should be 40~50 degree Centigrade higher than softening point of resin.
2. The mixed proportion of methenamine water solution should be: Methenamine/water=1/2~2.5 and added quantity of methenamine should account for 12-15%of resin quantity.
3. The lube quantity added should account for 5~7%of resin quantity.

Package and storage
With strip shape, packed with plastic weaving bag of 25KG, inner with lined vessel.
Put it in shady and cool place for storage, keep it free of direct solar radiation, and the packing bag filled with goods should not be stacked too high so as to avoid lumps.
