SIP panel is a high-performance polyurethane sealant that can be used in lieu of taped joints on building wrap applications. It can also be applied as a sealant for nail flanges on window and door installations. By reducing airflow through the building, the sealant increases energy efficiency and helps reduce heating and cooling costs. SIP panel withstands extreme weather conditions and remains permanently flexible with minimal shrinkage. It is made of MGO+XPS/EPS+MGO and has a 30-year life expectancy.
