Description of the Conveyor Mesh Belt Dryer
Conveyor mesh belt dryer is an usual continous drying equipment, consist of material conveying structure, single drying section or several separated sections. Material moving by convey device, hot air pass through material layer, evaporate water accordingly to reach drying requirement. Every drying section consist of shell, convey system, heating system, hot air circular system and exhaust air system.
Main features of our conveyor mesh belt dryer
1 Hot air pass through material from bottom to top, and from top to bottom crossedly, thus increase the product's contacting area with hot air, then improve the drying speed
2The whole machine is made of stainless steel and carbon steel(reach food contacting degree) subassembly, bottom full-welding for inner dryer, ensure no air escaping out during working, make cleaning conveniently, without waterlogging inside to guarantee the dried product's purity
3Adopting special inner suck-air structure, improve the relative speed for material and hot air, improve drying speed, and insure uniform drying effect.
4Steam heating device separate-installed sidely, with filtering net on the inlet air port of heater, not only filter the dopant in circular air, also ensure the cleanliness inside heater; With the access door for maintenance side, can contact the all part of dryer, easy for maintenance and cleaning.
5All the main parts all adopt domestic or overseas famous products, insure a long working life for equipment.
Working principle of the conveyor mesh belt dryer
Laying the raw materials equally on the mesh belt, driven by the transmission device, the materials move back and forth in the dryer, where hot wind passes through the material and the water vapor is discharged from the weep hole, so as to achieve the purpose of drying.
