Brief introduction of the sand rotary dryer
The sand rotary dryer is used for drying materials with a certain humidity or granularity in milling of ores, building materials, metallurgy and chemical industry. Strcuture of the sand rotary dryer
Rotary drier machine is mainly composed of shell, back and forth supporting wheel, feeding and discharging unit and gear cap. The accessories which are not in the the scope of this machine include firebox, feeding and discharging equipment, dust catcher, etc.

Working principle of the rotary dryer
Rotary dryers consist of a horizontally inclined rotating cylinder. Material is fed at one end and discharged at the other end. In direct-type rotary dryers, hot gases move through the cylinder in direct contact with the material, either with or against the direction of its flow. The cylinder is equipped with flights, which lift the material and shower it down through the hot gas stream.
