TB type house has two layer's roof, ceiling layer is color steel sandwich panel, top is color steel sheet, there is one air layer between them to resist hot. 2) Ceiling panel: Color steel corrugated sandwich panel, the insulation could be EPS, or PU. Standard thickness: 75mm, 100mm.
3) Roof: Small steel roof beam with color steel sheet
4) Door: Entrance door could be steel security door or aluminum door, interior doors could be steel frame sandwich panel door or compound wooden door.
5) Window: PVC or aluminum alloy window with screen, sliding or casement type.
6) Compression decorative parts: 0.4mm thick color steel sheet

Production time:
Produce 80, 000sqm house in each 25 days.
Container loading:
1) All components are finished in our factory, then loading in container.
2) Every 40ft sea container can load 150-180 Sqm house.
Installation:
1) Clients need to do foundation after the order, based on our foundation drawing.
2) After container arrives on site, unload the goods, and assemble onsite. We provide assemble drawing.
3) We provide supervisor for extra charge if need.
4) Installation efficiency: About four skilled labors can assemble 50 sqm houses in 8 hours without accessories.
