Or Coated sheet metal we have type: YS-001, YS-005 and YS-007 protective film. For stainless steel, galvannealed steel we have type: YS-061 film. YS-001, YS-005 and YS-007 protective adhesion is 2-5g/25mm, YS-061 protective film adhesinon is 120-150g/25mm.
Unlike traditional protective film, our product is co-extruded, uncoated and self-adhesive. You can find several advantages of our product as below.
No glue residue.
Glue residue is always a big problem for coated protective film, but we use special PE resin to overcome it. Our product is uncoated and no glue is involved during production process, so that you don't have to worry about the surface of your product is contaminated by glue residue.
High strength and elongation
Our protective film is produced by blown production line instead of cast production line, which gives good MD and TD strength and elongation. High strength and elongation in both directions enable our protective film to resist formation forces of your product.
Good weather resistance and easy peel
We use special self-adhesive PE resin for our product which its adhesivity varies little during a large range of temperature. Based on good weather resistance, we also adjust the stable adhesivity to a proper level which makes our product easy peel at elevated temperature and removal speed.
Cost benifits and enviroment friendly
Our product is made of self-adhesive polyethylene which its cost is lower than PVC film and coated film, also it is enviroment friendly.
