1 Process Description: Rice flour, corn flour, additives and water mixed, then sent into the host where pressure from the host's screw (s) will help raw materials cure and form needed shapes in the host die's mouth. While forming shapes, core filling devices will put stuffings into puffed products, then porducts will be reshaped, sealed and sent into the oven for baking&roasting to reduce water, improve taste and extend shelf-life. Materials are finally made into required products in needed shapes after oil spraying and seasoning, which are to be done after baking.
2 Equipment consists of: Flour mixer, screw feeding machine, extrusion machine, core (stuffing) filling machine, shaping machine, lifting machine, oven, hoist, seasoning equipment;
