Installation Application Recommended Coating: UTS premier coating Surface treatment: Remove the earth, floating dust, perished, oil and grout. The surface should be made level off, dry and clean, rate of water content≤ 9% Primer application: primer is applied to seal the concrete surface and strengthen bonding performance with BCW-100, we recommend UTS primer coating,  When cured, move to the next step. Local enhancement: Some parts of construction should be treated ahead with the purpose of local enhancement, such as expansion joint, snug spot and pipeline joint. After the enhancement service, the overall waterproof operation begin. Mixing: It is recommended to use electrical mixer in order to make the coating homogeneous(3-5mintues). Make sure the machine, barrel and mixer be dry and mustn't add water when mixing. Application: Scrape a layer of coating uniformly with plastic or rubber scraping panel. At the beginning, the operation should be accorded with the size and shape of the surface area, and make an overall plan of applying sequence. Scrape for the second time after the first layer is cured(usually 1-2hours). The scraping method is same as the first time, but the scraping direction of should be vertical with the first time. Scrape for the third time or more to meet the standard.(usually 2-4 times).
