2.Material
Frame material: anodized aluminum alloy extrusions ( 6063/T5, 6061/T6, 6082/T5 ), tough and lightweight, long life.
Fabric material: 650~850g/sqm PVC-coated polyester textile, UV-resistant, weather-proof, anti-fungus and flame retardant (DIN4102 B1/M2);
Steel components: HD galvanized Q235A or higher grade steel, galv. thickness 60um at least;
Fastener: Dacron / HDG treated
3.Characteristics:
Tough but lightweight, portable, cheap to transport and deliver a versatile and durable building option. Resting on galvanized steel base plates or ground beams, no foundations or footings are required for most short-term installations. This allows the use of anchorage stakes and connection pins, nuts, and bolts, for quick and easy construction.
4.Optional Accessories:
Corrugated roof / wall panel, Sandwich wall panel, Glass wall, ABS wall, Louver, exhaust fan, Wooden floor, Glass door, Roll-up shutter, steel stake, counter weight base plate, rain gutters, ramp, LED / Halide high bay lights.
5.Warranty:
Fabric (cover & sidewalls): 5 years;
Aluminum frame and galvanized connectors: 10years
6.Products certificate:
Fabric: Test reports for the fire retardant, standards: NFPA701, CFM & DIN4102 B1/M2
