Pressure vessel plant is 200 meters long, covering construction area of 5, 600 square meters and the production capacity is 4, 000 tons per year. There is a staff team of 80 people in the plant, including engineering and technical personnel of more than 20 people which is able to design, manufacture and install pressure vessel of Class, Class and Class. The plant has complete production equipment and detection means. The lifting capacity is 100 tons. There is a 40mm (coil width 2.5m) Large CNC three roller coiling machine, 2.5m vertical lathes, automatic nozzle welding machine, automatic submerged arc welding and other welding equipment. Rays, magnetic, ultrasound flaw detector, physical and chemical testing equipment and instruments are completely equipped there. Pressure vessel products are mainly used in industrial reactions, heat transfer, separation and storage and other production processes, widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, chlor-alkali, vacuum manufacturing, fine chemicals, coke, rubber, etc. In order to make the container reached the goal of advanced design, reasonable structure, easy manufacturing, reliable and low in cost on the basis of ensuring safety, our company strictly design, manufacture, inspect and test the containers according to the pressure vessel manufacturing standards, rules and technical conditions.
