Brief: The mine pipeline infrared methane sensor of model GJH100G is the intellectualized instrument controlled by intelligent control chip, integrates the function of scene display, digital teletransmission, sound and light alarm. It is applicable to the detection of concentration of gas in the mine drainage pipeline. The instrument adopts microporous hydrophobic membrane as the protective film which makes the element far from the damage caused by dust and moisture, it greatly extends the stable period and service life. Comparing with other traditional products, the instrument has the characteristic of good stability, high precision and long maintenance-free time etc. The structure of the sensor is plug-in model, and the shell is manufactured of epoxy phenolic at high molding temperature, featured with high strength and nice.
