ND-F320 Automatic Powder Packaging Machinery
1.F320 packing machine is a Automatic Powder Packing Machine,
include three types(ND-F320I,ND-F320II,ND-F320III).The machine
automatically finish bag making, measuring,filling, sealing, code printing,
counting, and other production process.
2.Packing material are heat-sealed composite membrane coils,lower cost
than other materials.
3.Auger screw measure filling system, by controlling the screw rotational
speed or measuring time to weigh the product,and fill them into the
packing containers,with 1% precision,heat sealed the bags through
former and Vertical & horizontal sealing pieces.
4.Suit for packing powder products that volume around 5-300ml.Features 1.SIEMENS and DELTA PLC touch screen control and intelligent temperature
control system,and photoelectric tracker.
2.Reasonable mechanical structure,main engine speed is under control by
turbine worm motor and frequency converter.Also in the back of machine,
there is a button to make speed adjustment more convenient.
3.Small noise,stable system and easy operation.
4.Double heating rod design, keep the temperature stable,and good shape
of bags.
5.All the machine is using ss304 stainless steel,healthy,safety,and easily
cleanable.
6.With high output 4000-6000 bag/hour,good labor and power saver.
