Product Introduction
HD-DOSE series automatic metering and dosing device apply to boiler feed water and boiler water treatment, raw water treatment pretreatment of raw circulating water treatment, sewage treatment, petrochemical additives treatment, etc., which can steadily deliver the liquid drug to the other one or more liquid (PAC/PAM), so as to meet the technological requirements. Complete sets of equipment is composed of the solution tank, metering pump, control cabinet, liquid level meter, flow meter, damper, various types of valves, piping and other components. The components are mounted on a base made of UPVC; the appearance can also be specifically shaped according to the requirements of the user's dosing room space.
Medicament tank adopts PE or resin or organic glass.
Tank volume range from 10L to 10000L, can be designed according to user's requirements.
1.Using food grade PE tank as a solution tank which is equipped with a liquid level controller and can be set according to the user.
2. Using Italy imported anti-corrosion measurement dosing pump, dosing pumps can be equipped with one or more work systems;
3. Adopting an external signal to control the start/stop of the unit;
4. Can be equipped with a wireless remote data module or Ethernet data transmission module transmits data to the control room;
5. Can be equipped with invert and the instrumentation which can match the liquid line, by reading the feedback, adjust the frequency inverter operation and adjust the dosage;
6. Can read external flow signal includes the flow feedback, feedback and drive of online instrument of closed control loop, so that to achieve more accurate dosage;
